Ozoemena Stanley Nwodo teaches undergraduate level Public Policy and Macroeconomics at Coal City University, Enugu Nigeria. A PhD Economics student of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka with research interests in Public Sector Economics, Monetary Economics and International Economics. He obtained his Masters Degree in Economics from the University of Nigeria in 2016. His love for humanity with the level of poverty in Africa has endeared him to devoting his life time to resources bordered on proffering solutions to the alarming poverty rate, unemployment rate and infrastructural deficit in Africa. He is an associate member of UNCTAD virtual institute with several publications to his credit. He is eager to combine his academic background, research skills and community service experience in the planning and implementation of projects that promote economic, political and environmental values in Africa.

Obinna Charles Amaechi is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Public Administration, Faculty of Arts, Social and Management Sciences, Coal City University, Enugu. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Government and Public Administration from Imo State University, Owerri and a master’s degree in Public Administration and Local government from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is presently a Ph.D student in Politcal Science, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. His research interest includes Public Administration, Public Policy, Local Government, and Political Studies. His working experiences cut across banking, research and teaching. Since 2017, he has been teaching Political Behaviour at the School of Continuing Education, Enugu State College of Education (Technical), Enugu and have served as a Senior Research Fellow at Kobia Data Limited, Enugu. He is currently teaching Nigerian Legal System, Elements of Government, Foreign Policy Analysis, Introduction to Organisations,Organisation of Government: The Citizen and the State, Environmental Politics and Sustainable Development, and Nigerian Administrative Law at Coal City University Enugu. Obinna Amaechi is a member, Nigerian Political Science Association NPSA. He has published widely in his area of interest in reputable journals.

DR. VICTOR SUNDAY UMANAH, is a Lecturer in the General Studies Unit and the Acting Director, Academic Planning Unit, Coal City University, Enugu. He was born in Abak Village, Abak Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. He received his primary and secondary education in Uya Oron/ Eyetong Government School, Oron and Holy Family College, Abak, all in Akwa Ibom State respectively. He holds a Diploma in Religious Studies (1996), Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies (2000) both from the Department of Religious and Cultural Studies, University of Calabar, M.A. Religion (Sociology of Religion - 2011) from the Department of Religious and Cultural Studies, University of Uyo, Uyo and PhD Religion (Religion and Society - 2015) from the Department of Religion and Cultural Studies, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He has an over whelming capacity and eagerness for research and publication, teaching, learning, and solution driven thinking. During his studentship at the Master’s degree level, he independently embarked on a research in Japan (2009-2011) as one of the countries that permits abortion in limited circumstances including endangerment of health and economic hardship. He has authored and published several articles in renowned local and international scholarly journals especially in his specialty areas of Religion, Culture and Society.
